REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Swiftora Global Fze. As we operate as a dropshipping store with multiple international fulfillment partners, our return and refund process is outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
• The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item was not delivered within the estimated timeframe and is confirmed lost
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items where the return request is made more than 14 days after delivery
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
To initiate a return or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include the following in your request:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video evidence of the defect or damage (required for damaged/wrong item claims)
3. RETURN ADDRESS & SHIPPING
As we work with multiple international fulfillment partners, the return address varies by product and supplier. Do not ship any item back without first receiving written approval and a confirmed return address from us.
A return address will be provided via email within 2 business days of your approved return request.
• If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong, or damaged item): we will cover return shipping costs or offer a full refund/replacement without requiring the item back, at our discretion.
• If the return is for any other approved reason: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and (where required) the item is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will notify you of the outcome.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• We may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the nature of the issue and stock availability.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. NON-DELIVERED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@swiftoraglobal.com. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control, but we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@swiftoraglobal.com or via WhatsApp at +971 50 821 5804.
