30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have original tags and packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please note that due to our global fulfillment structure and multiple warehouse partners, return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier location.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- The correct return warehouse address
- Return instructions
- A return shipping label where applicable
Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- The product is defective
- Part of your order is missing
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will evaluate the issue and work to provide a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
These may include:
- Used wigs, extensions, or beauty products
- Personal care items
- Customized or personalized products
- Special order items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair products that have been worn, altered, brushed, cut, styled, washed, or chemically treated are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Request and complete an approved return
- Place a new order for the desired item
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- The item must remain unused and unworn
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
This right may not apply to certain hygiene-sensitive beauty products once opened or used, in accordance with applicable laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note:
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law
- Refunds may be partially adjusted if returned items are not in original condition
