We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations will appear at checkout.

If your country is not listed, it means shipping is currently unavailable to your location at this time.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer

3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 4–8 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary depending on:

4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

B. Lost Packages

C. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

10. WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

11. RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
