We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations will appear at checkout.
If your country is not listed, it means shipping is currently unavailable to your location at this time.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer

3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 4–8 business days (where available)

C. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
10. WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the received package/items

11. RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
